To be eligible for returns, a clear unboxing video must be taken from the moment the parcel is opened—before using or unwrapping the items.
🔸 Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if there are damages or issues clearly shown in the unboxing video.
🔸 Return Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
🔸 Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned parcel. You must also share the return slip as proof of dispatch.
